Self Care for Teams
Lack of self care is particularly common in churches and NGOs. In this training, we will explore what it feels like to stay in a regulated state, and look at ways of understanding our limits, pacing ourselves and refuelling.
What the workshop will cover:

What it means to work from rest.

What it means for our bodies to be regulated.

The impact of our own attachment styles on how we work.

Dealing with perfectionism and compassion fatigue.

Ways we refill our bucket.

LENGTH: 3 to 6 hours dependant on your setting. This training is most effective in person.
